NB-1泥浆比重计

一、用途及适用范围
NB-1泥浆比重计是参照中华人民共和国石油天燃气行业标准SY/T 5381《钻井液密度计技术条件》规定的要求设计制造的，适用于井场或实验室内测量泥浆的比重，单位是克/厘米3。本仪器可广泛应用于地质勘探钻井、工程建筑桩孔等灌浆护壁泥浆比重的检测，也可用于其它领域类各类浆液比重的测定。

二、主要技术指标、参数和使用条件
(一) 主要技术指标、参数
1、测量范围:      (0.96～3.00)g/cm3 ；
2、测量精度:      0.01g/cm3；
3、泥浆杯容量:    140cm3；
4、仪器尺寸:      500×100㎜×100mm( 长×宽×高)。
(二) 使用条件
    1、环境温度：     (5～40)℃；
2、相对湿度：     10%～75%；
3、大气压力：     (86～108)kPa；
4、环境空气：     环境空气中不含对铬、镍镀层、有色金属及其合金起腐蚀作用的介质；
5、仪器安放：     仪器应安放在稳固的、基本水平的台面上。

三、结构特点
仪器结构图见图１所示。

NB-1泥浆比重计

⑴ 泥浆杯：    配有杯盖，盛放试样。
⑵ 水准泡：    用于观察杠杆的水平。
⑶ 主刀口：    与主刀垫一起组成杠杆的活动支点。
⑷ 主刀垫：    与主刀口一起组成杠杆的活动支点。
⑸ 底座：      仪器的底座，上有两个安装孔，必要时可以固定在台面上。
⑹ 挡臂：      限制杠杆前后活动。
⑺ 砝码：      活动砝码，本仪器的计量器件之一。
⑻ 杠杆：      与主刀口、主刀垫、砝码等组成本仪器的计量系统。
⑼ 平衡圆柱：配有平衡圆柱盖，仪器生产、标定、检定时，通过加入或取出平衡圆柱内的平衡铅取得杠杆的平衡。
